Retreats
I began hosting retreats as a way to introduce groups to new areas while also providing a safe and supportive environment. These were so successful the type, location, and length of stay are ever expanding. Length of travel ranges between three to seven days with itinerary and excursions designed to perfectly balance physical exertion and mental rejuvenation while surrounding you with breathtaking natural beauty. Included in every event is time for reflection, local culture, history, and food.
